| A month ago I ordered the Zama poster from Rob@Downshift but I still had not received it. I kinda forgot about it since it wasn't a large money item and after seeing some of the recent posts about others receiving theirs, it reminded me that I still had not gotten mine. I sent Rob some emails asking about it and he looked through his records to find out what happened to my order. It turns out there was an issue with the computer and thats why it was never sent. He told me tonight that he shipped it off and I should be getting it in a few days. The thing that impressed me most was that he was very quick with his responses and even apologized for problem, something that most large companies don't even bother with doing let alone fixing the problem. All my dealings with this sites vendors have been amazing and this is a testament to that. I look forward to doing business with him again and I urge all of those who have not ordered anything from him to do so. Thank you again Rob!!
